Who we are

Pickle Up is run by Infinity Sports Collective Pte Ltd (UEN 202614660W, GST registration number 202614660W), operating at Orchid Country Club, 1 Orchid Club Road, #01-34, Singapore 769162. You can reach us at hello@pickleupsg.com.

Bookings and payment

All prices on this site are in Singapore dollars and include GST. Courts are booked on Playtomic. Open play is on Reclub, join the club and see sessions there. Classes, packs, private coaching, OCC members' sessions and The Dink Room are booked with us directly: tap Book, and we'll confirm on WhatsApp or email.

Cancellations and refunds

Courts booked on Playtomic: cancel up to 72 hours before your booking.

Classes: change or cancel free up to 5 days before your class.

Private lessons: cancel up to 72 hours before your lesson.

OCC members' open play: Members' sessions are final: no cancellations or refunds. Can't make it? Send a friend in your place. Just tell us their name.

Open play: hosted on Reclub, see the club there for details.

Class packs: Packs are final once bought: no cancellations or refunds.

The Dink Room: Dink Room bookings are final: no cancellations or refunds. No deposit during the October launch promo.

Shop purchases: All sales are final. If a paddle is faulty, message us and we'll help you make a claim with the brand.

Packs, the class pack (8 classes, plus 2 free) and the 10-hour private pack (per 1 player), are valid for the period stated when you buy them. Packages are for group classes only. An off-peak package can't be used at peak.

If we cancel or change a session, we will move you to another session or refund you.

Courts on Playtomic

Courts are booked through Playtomic, and that booking is subject to Playtomic's own terms as well as these terms.

The Dink Room

The Dink Room is booked for private use of the room and its court for your group, up to 25 people. No deposit is needed for bookings at the October launch promo rates; any damage or extra cleaning will be charged. You are responsible for your group and its conduct for the duration of your session.

Conduct and play at your own risk

Pickleball carries a risk of injury. You play at your own risk, and we ask that everyone at the venue plays safely and treats staff, coaches and other players with respect. We can ask anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively to leave.

Schedule changes

We may need to change our schedule, coaches or opening hours from time to time. Where we can, we will let you know in advance. See FAQ for common questions, or write to hello@pickleupsg.com with anything else.
