Privacy policy

This notice is given under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) by Infinity Sports Collective Pte Ltd (UEN 202614660W), operating Pickle Up at Orchid Country Club, 1 Orchid Club Road, #01-34, Singapore 769162.

What we collect

Depending on what you book or ask us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and, for OCC member pricing, your OCC membership number. A corporate enquiry also gives us your company name, headcount and preferred date. We do not collect payment card details ourselves; card payments are handled by our payment processor.

What we use it for

To take and confirm your booking, reply to your enquiry, verify OCC member pricing, run our sessions and events, and, where you have agreed to hear from us, send you offers and updates. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the site and take payment: Stripe for payments, Supabase to store bookings and enquiries, Resend to send confirmation emails, and Vercel to host the site and for basic analytics. Each only receives what it needs to do its job for us.

Advertising cookies

To measure whether our advertising works, this site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. They set cookies in your browser and tell Meta and Google which pages you visited and whether you booked or enquired, so we can see which ads led to a booking. When you pay, we record your IP address and browser type with the payment and share them, together with your email and phone number in hashed form, with Meta so it can match the sale to an ad. We use this under the PDPA to measure and improve our advertising, not to sell your data. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or turn off ad personalisation in your Meta and Google accounts, and the site works the same either way.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for as long as we are required to for accounting, tax or other legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Write to hello@pickleupsg.com and we will get back to you personally.
