Booking

How much does a court cost?
It depends on the court and the time of day. See Pricing for the full breakdown.
How do I book?
Courts are booked on Playtomic. Open play is on Reclub, join the club and see sessions there. Classes, packs, private coaching, OCC members' sessions and The Dink Room are booked with us directly: tap Book, and we'll confirm on WhatsApp or email.
Can I cancel or get a refund?

Courts booked on Playtomic: cancel up to 72 hours before your booking.

Classes: change or cancel free up to 5 days before your class.

Private lessons: cancel up to 72 hours before your lesson.

OCC members' open play: Members' sessions are final: no cancellations or refunds. Can't make it? Send a friend in your place. Just tell us their name.

Open play: hosted on Reclub, see the club there for details.

Class packs: Packs are final once bought: no cancellations or refunds.

The Dink Room: Dink Room bookings are final: no cancellations or refunds. No deposit during the October launch promo.

If we cancel or change a session, we will move you to another session or refund you.

At the venue

Do I need to bring a paddle?
No. Free demo paddles are yours for your whole session: no deposit, no purchase needed.
What should I wear?
Non-marking indoor court shoes. The venue is fully air-conditioned.
Is there somewhere to sit between games?
Yes, there's a lounge to rest in between games.

Food and drink

Can I get food and drink at the venue?
Order food by QR from the club's outlets.

How do I find you?
  • Parking is free, with plenty of sheltered parking.
  • We're on the 1st floor of Orchid Country Club, right below the bowling alley, which is on level 2.
  • The free shuttle bus from Yishun MRT drops you right in front of our door.
  • Getting a lift? The car pick-up and drop-off point is right outside our main entrance. Choose the Recreation Clubhouse pick-up/drop-off point on ride-hailing apps.
Is there a shuttle bus?

Free shuttle bus between Yishun MRT (Exit B) and Orchid Country Club. Be at the stop 5 to 10 minutes early.
